Matt and Nate Fackrell are an Emmy-nominated directing and writing duo with a diverse portfolio in both television and commercials.

They kicked off their careers directing music videos that aired on MTV, Fuse, and VH1 before transitioning to kids’ television, where they wrote and directed episodes for the beloved Nickelodeon show YO GABBA GABBA!

Growing up in a small mountain town near Park City, Utah, the brothers’ creativity was shaped by their father’s imaginative stories. Lacking a video camera, they honed their storytelling skills with a cassette recorder, building audio worlds that laid the foundation for their future in filmmaking.
